Luís Almeida (b. 1985 in Lisbon, Portugal).
Graduated in Basic and Advanced Course of Fine Arts at the Ar.Co school (2013, Lisbon).

Selected for the 66th Jeune Création edition in 2016, he was part of the selection jury in 2018.
He was Top Ten Winner of the FID award and was chosen for the Portuguese Emerging Artist Catalogue (2017).
He was shortlisted for the “Novembre à Vitry” prize (2019, Vitry-Sur-Seine).
He was also selected for the “Viewing Program 20/21”, The Drawing Center (2021, New York).
In 2023, he was AiR of DRAWInternational, Caylus, France.
